Falcon Vehicle Shipping has several reasons to prefer other auto transport firms. Here are a few examples:

-Falcon has been in operation for almost ten years and has an established track record of safety and dependability.

-Because Falcon provides door-to-door service, you don't have to worry about your vehicle being picked up or delivered to an inconvenient place.

-Falcon provides total price transparency, so you'll know precisely how much it will cost to move your vehicle before you book.

-Whether you need to transfer a single automobile or a whole fleet, Falcon has a solution to meet your requirements.

Falcon Auto Transport is the ideal option for a hassle-free service, whether transporting your automobile for business or pleasure.

Our prices are determined by various criteria, including the size of the vehicle, the distance travelled, the vehicle's operational condition, the time of year transportation is necessary, and the general market price for the specific route requested. We can better estimate the costs if you fill out the quotation form on our main page.

When you schedule your automobile, transport is the most crucial aspect. You should always do so at least one month in advance if the pickup and delivery dates matter to you.

For reservation, include the precise pickup and delivery location, names and phone numbers of pickup and delivery individuals, and the first available pickup date. We only take 20% of the reservation cost upfront. After we secure your trailer spot, you'll pay a deposit. The remainder is due in cash, cashier's check, or money order upon pickup or delivery.

No, the quotation is complete. It includes door-to-door service, full bumper-to-bumper insurance, all taxes and tolls, and free personal things up to 100 pounds.

The cost of car transport is affected by many variables, including route distance, vehicle size and condition (running or not), trailer style (open or enclosed), and season. For example, if you want to move your car to Florida in the autumn, the cost will be higher owing to the high volume of traffic created by snowbirds heading south to Florida.

Several payment options are available here. Credit and debit cards are the most frequently used payment method. Clients pay a percentage of the total payment, often between 10% and 20%, after we have located a carrier for them. The outstanding amount is paid in full at the time of shipment. After your vehicle has been picked up, you may pay the airline the exceptional sum (carrier pay). Then the payment upon delivery may be handled without any hassle. Your choice of MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover is welcome.

Deliverers aren't authorized to take payment by credit card or a personal cheque. Please have the appropriate amount available, such as cash, a cashier's check, or a money order, if there is a balance owing at the delivery time.

Location is the primary determinant of the pick-up time. It is common practice for vehicles to be collected from major cities on the special day of collection requested. It's important to remember that factors like traffic, weather, and road conditions might cause travel delays. It might take two days or more to get your car picked up if you live in a more remote place.

After we confirm your dates with your driver, your car will be on time. Weather conditions, truck breakdowns, and other force majeure might create delays for drivers. Shipping coast-to-coast takes 7-10 days. North-to-south automobile shipping takes 5 to 7 days. Once picked up, auto shipment under 500 miles should take 1-2 days.

Sure. We move open and enclosed trailers.

Door-to-door service means we'll pick up and transport your car wherever an 18-wheeler can travel (many trucks are over 75 ft). If not, arrange to meet the driver near a large parking lot.

Never. Falcon Auto Transport delivers your car on the same truck that loaded it. Only if the truck that picked up your car breaks down en route will Falcon Auto Transport transport it by another truck.

Most drivers load your car wherever they deem safe. Loading a truck involves numerous elements. They must fit all automobiles correctly, so they don't exceed the truck's permissible length and obey all federal requirements to avoid axle overloading.

Most vehicles are sent open. Most automobiles are carried on available trailers. As the open transport is insured for $250,000, you need not worry about your car. Public transit is $300-$400 cheaper than the enclosed. Most enclosed transport customers have exotic vehicles that require exceptional security. Enclosed transport is suggested for pricey supercars due to increased insurance coverage.

Personal possessions up to 100 pounds are accessible in the trunk or rear compartment. More than 100 LBS are extra and must be placed in the front or back seat below window level. It cannot be heavy, and the driver seat must always be unoccupied. Your car's contents aren't covered.

The DOT bans transporting domestic objects in transportation. Items left in the car are sent at the owner's risk. If the driver sees your vehicle crashed to the ground due to excessive weight, he may ask you to remove your goods or charge you more. Truck drivers aren't responsible for domestic item damages.

Yes, we provide full bumper-to-bumper insurance, which covers at least $100,000 in open trailer damage and $250,000 in enclosed trailer damage. It covers scratches, damage, theft, and fire. Your car is insured while on our trailer, but your valuables aren't.

Your vehicle is covered throughout travel since carriers have $250K-$1 million cargo insurance. Acts of God (hail, floods, storms, avalanches, etc.) and road debris aren't covered. If you're concerned, we can carry your automobile in an enclosed container for an extra cost.

Damaged vehicles must note on the bill of lading. Report damage to Falcon Auto Transport. This new damage will help us handle concerns as quickly as possible. Make sure the driver signs the damage report before leaving.

Bills of lading and three repair quotes from an approved business are required. Our carrier will arbitrate.

Pickup and delivery need a person. You or someone you designate may witness our driver's vehicle inspection and sign the Bill of Lading. After the examination and Bill of Laden, you may depart.

You can arrange to have a family member, a friend, or a co-worker be present on the pick-up or delivery date. However, it is crucial that they are well informed about the inspection that is performed upon loading/unloading. The person who is shipping the vehicle must sign the bill of lading, where the condition of your vehicle is noted.

If another person is receiving your vehicle, then they must be informed that they need to do a thorough inspection on delivery and confirm that the vehicle has been delivered in the same condition as it has been loaded. If there are any damages, the person receiving the car must note them on the same bill of lading.

You only need to provide the keys to the driver. Your title and insurance are not needed. You only need to sign off your vehicle that it has been picked up on the bill of lading, and then your vehicle will be on the way to its drop-off destination.

If your car should be picked up from the auction, we will require the info about the company name and address, VIN, Lot, and Buyer’s number prior to the pick-up date.

Falcon Auto Transport will provide you with the name and phone number of the driver as soon as a driver has been assigned. The driver will contact you 24 hours prior to the pickup, and again one hour before the pick-up on the move day. Once the driver arrives at your location, he will do an inspection on your vehicle and you will need to sign the bill of lading. Finally, the driver loads your vehicle and then, he leaves your place.

Yes, but the exact condition must be noted at the time you place your order. If your vehicle is not operable, an inoperable fee of approximately $200 will be added to the transport cost. Please, make sure that you inform us ahead of time if your vehicle is inoperable so that we can assign the right driver to ship your vehicle.

We will provide you with information including estimated pickup and delivery times. Also, we will provide you with the driver’s name and phone number so you can give the driver a call directly. If he is busy and he is not able to answer, please give Falcon Auto Transport a call at (800)888-/// and we will be able to assist you as well.
